Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products if they arrive damaged or defective. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged or faulty upon receipt, and it must be in its original packaging. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, provided that the product is in good condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any return. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. You can keep all five bonuses, even if you decide to return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@serenysound.com.
